The Elk County Courthouse will open at 12:00 PM (noon) on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, due to specialized situational awareness training.
There will be no public admittance to the Courthouse before noon.
This delayed opening applies ONLY to the Courthouse. All other County buildings, including the Annex Building, will remain open during their regular hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
